6: Listen to the Whispers

Training your body is an experiment. You’re constantly changing inputs (volume, intensity) to see how your body responds (fitness, aerobic capacity).
In response to those inputs, your body gives you clues about how things are going. A niggle here, a tickle there. They’re what I call “whispers”.
