Happiness is a collection of small moments that make you smile. These moments happen every single day. Realize them when you’re in those moments. Seek them out.

Everything you do is part of a journey. Relish the process.

Always remember to play.

Let the people around you feel your energy when you are happy.

Live in the moment.

Surround yourself with the people who make you feel most excited and grateful for the life you live.

Have a bias for action.

Listen more than you speak. Speak from the heart when you do.

Show appreciation for the things that make an impact on you.

Be trusting as a default.

Be loyal.

Love, unconditionally and unreservedly.

Have a child-like enthusiasm for the things that make you most excited.

Never hide who you are. Shine with all of your light, all of the time.
